Hey there! I’m Nygia Tribbey, the proud founder and designer behind Aigyn Apparel.
You might be wondering, "Who is this creative force outside of designing?" Well, let me take you back a bit…
It all started in high school when I was on the drumline in the marching band. We needed custom shirts for our performances, so my good friend Faith and I decided to design our own—and guess what? The band loved them! That spark of creativity turned into a tradition, and for the next two years, we designed tees for the drumline to wear.
Fast forward to 2020: the pandemic hit, and like so many, I found myself at home with extra time on my hands. While the world slowed down, my passion for design only grew. I started sketching more and experimenting with new ways to bring my ideas to life. My mom, who was keeping my older brother updated while he was in basic training, saw the spark in me and, along with my brother, surprised me with everything I needed to turn my hobby into a business: a heat press, a Cricut machine, and all the accessories in between.
And in case you were wondering—Aigyn is actually Nygia (my name) spelled backwards. Pretty cool, right?
That’s how Aigyn Apparel was born—a dream turned into reality, one design at a time.

Originally launched as BlankCanvs, our brand was built on the principle of limitless design possibilities. We aimed to empower customers to bring their unique visions to life. The name reflected our commitment to creating personalized designs tailored to individual needs.
In 2021, Aigyn Apparel was founded. The name was inspired by my own and crafted with guidance from my mother. This personal touch symbolizes the heart of our brand. We are a Christian-based company dedicated to making everyone feel confident and comfortable in their clothing while spreading the gospel and elevating their brand.
While our name has changed, we have preserved the spirit of BlankCanvs. We continue to collaborate with customers, transforming their ideas into meaningful realities.
