How does the design process work?

- Submit an inquiry > Pay deposit > Onboarding call > Receive deliverables > Pay final payment

How long does it take to complete a project?

- Project timeline may vary depending on complexity (ex. Starter kit timeline is 2-4 weeks)

Can I request changes after the design is completed?

- Yes, post-revisions are available with a $50.00 fee per edit request

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the final design?

- We'll work with you closely make adjustments and ensure the design aligns with your vision. We encourage open communication throughout the project to minimize dissatisfaction. Please note that refunds are not available, but we are committed to working with you to achieve a design you'll love

Revisions and Policies

How many revisions are included in your packages?

- Each project automatically includes 3 free revisions

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

-  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all projects. If you cancel before production begins, you forfeit your deposit. If you've paid in full, 50% will be refunded . For cancellations initiated by the designer, a full refund will be provided

Can I request additional revisions, and is there an extra cost?

- Additional revisions are available for $50.00 per edit request​​

How can I track the progress of my project?

- Progress updates are provided via email

How do I provide feedback during the design process?

- Feedback can be provided via email or during onboarding call, clear and timely feedback helps ensure we meet your vision efficiently

What is the best way to reach you if I have questions or concerns?

- You can reach us via email at aigynapparel@gmail.com, instagram @aigynapparel or through the AIGYN's AI chat Bot a the bottom right of your screen

Can I request a custom design not listed in your services?

- We welcome custom design requests, please submit an inquiry to discuss your vision

Do you work on rush projects, and is there an additional fee?

- Rush projects are available for an additional fee starting at $50, prices may vary

Are there limitations on the types of projects you accept?

- We are open to various creative projects, provided they align with out values and expertise

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or repeat customers?

- Discounts are available for bulk orders (ee pricing and payments). Repeat customers may inquire about loyalty discounts

What happens if I lose my design files?

- Files can be re-sent upon request. Fees may apply depending on the circumstances

Do you offer consultations before starting a project?

- Consultations are included as part of the onboarding process

Do you work provide support fo uaing designs on different platforms?

- We offer support to ensure your designs are optimized for social media, websites and other platforms. Feel free to let us know your accommodations

Can you help with printing or production?

- Yes, all apparel is printed through a third-party company. we do not print digital designs but can offer accommodations for locals 

Do you offer tutorials or guides for using your designs?

- Tutorials for Canva and Photoshop are coming soon! If you navigate to the "Youtube University" page located under resources, there are some helpful videos

What payment methods do you accept?

- All payments are accepted through our site: Credit/Debit, Apple pay, and Google pay

Do you require a deposit?

- 50% deposits are required to confrim booking  and start any projects

Deliverables

What file formats will I receive for my design?

- Standard formats include JPEG and PNG. Additional formats are available upon request

Do you provide editable files?

- Yeditable Canva and Photoshop files are available upon request

Can you accommodate specific file or format requirements?

We offer accommodations to meet your specific needs

Will I own the design after it’s completed?

-  Yes, all digital items are yours to use for personal or business purposes. Resale of any design is not permitted unless you purchase an extended license. However, if you are selling apparel but need designs made, an extended license is automatically included with your purchase. For other items, please contact us to discuss licensing options!
